Internationalisation happens through relationships, decisions and everyday ways of working. Different expectations, institutional cultures and perspectives are part of that reality, and understanding what is happening between them can make a real difference to how people work together and what they achieve.
That is where I come in.

International partnerships & collaboration
Working internationally means bringing together different people, organisations and ways of doing. Spoiler: it doesn’t always go smoothly.
I work with partners and teams to understand what is happening between them, untangle different expectations and ways of working, and find better ways to collaborate. This can mean working with a new or existing partnership, international alliances, Erasmus+ and multi-partner projects, and teams working across countries, cultures and contexts
Learning & programme design
Need learning that works for a particular group, goal or context?
I can design, develop and facilitate from a focused training to a longer programme, bringing together the people involved, what the learning needs to achieve and the context in which it will be used. This can include professional development and capacity building, international and intercultural learning, online and face-to-face programmes, educational resources or programme redesign.
International projects & programmes
International projects often bring together complex goals, multiple stakeholders and very different contexts.
I bring ideas, structure and specialist expertise to shape international programmes and projects, from exploring possibilities and defining goals to practical implementation. I can become part of the team as an expert consultant, contributing across different stages of an international alliance, European or Erasmus+ project, or other international programme, or step in with focused expertise where it is most useful.
What I bring to the table
I started working in internationalisation at 23. Twenty years later, I’m still here.
I started with a big one: building my university’s first internationalisation strategy from scratch. Since then, my work has taken me through international relations, international development, project management and coordination, partnerships, teaching, academic and Master’s programme design, and facilitation. I know what it is like to work inside multi-layered organisations, and I also know the value that an external perspective can bring.
Since 2018, I have worked independently with universities and organisations across countries and contexts, bringing together international experience, learning design and intercultural expertise.
I work in English, Spanish and Catalan, online and internationally.
