Independent consultant, trainer and researcher. I bring a thoughtful and practical approach to intercultural competence, international education and collaborations. I work with universities, educational institutions and social impact organisations to design meaningful and effective intercultural learning processes.
Education and the nonprofit sector have been my professional fields since 2007: my natural habitat. We speak the same language. I understand your institutional realities, opportunities and challenges because I have worked within these environments myself.
Experience from multiple perspectives inside universities. Throughout my career, I have worked in higher education as professional staff, lecturer and consultant. This allows me to understand how institutions function from the inside and to design initiatives that connect institutional realities with meaningful learning and intercultural development
International experience combined with strong theoretical foundations. I bring together analytical reflection and experiential learning to support organisations in designing and implementing initiatives that are both intellectually rigorous and practically effective.
Critical perspectives as a guiding approach. My work challenges rigid assumptions, encourages reflection and supports individuals, groups and institutions in becoming more culturally aware, competent, open and impactful.
Independent work combined with collaboration. While I often work independently, I also collaborate with other professionals and organisations, valuing the creativity and strength that emerge from teamwork.

I work fluently in English, Spanish, and Catalan, offering my services to clients worldwide, online, blended and in person.
Consulting & programme development
Supporting universities and social impact organisations in designing educational initiatives, programmes and strategies related to intercultural competence, critical interculturality, internationalisation (IaH/IoC) and global justice.
Training & professional development
Design and facilitation of training programmes, workshops and professional development initiatives for academic staff, professional and administrative staff, students and international project teams working in intercultural and international environments.
International collaboration & educational content
Support and coordination for international and multi-partner initiatives -including Erasmus+ and cooperation projects- through programme design, facilitation, educational content development and knowledge dissemination.
